Konjac-based spaghetti with basil, formulated for low-calorie, low-carb diet programmes. Zero carbohydrate, zero sugar and zero fat per serving. The Forpro CarbControl konjac flour binds up to 300 times its own weight in water, so 100 g of finished konjac pasta contains only around 4 g of flour with negligible nutrient load. Water-soluble plant fibre delivers prolonged satiety after consumption.
Suitable for gluten-sensitive, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic and kosher diets.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep airtight in clean water for a maximum of two days.
Suggested use
No cooking required. Drain the liquid from the pack and rinse the product 2-3 times under cold water. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes, in a microwave for 1 minute, or in a wok. Serve as a side dish, in stir-fry recipes, or with soups and salads. A slight odour may be present on opening; this is removed by rinsing under running water.
