Collagen protein - Gelatine hydrolysate is built up of numerous amino acids and peptides and participates in collagen formation. It also makes up 67% of cartilage, reducing friction between joints and providing a high degree of flexibility. A deficiency may lead to weakness and fatigue. Clinical study results show that a pharmaceutical-quality daily intake of 10 g of collagen reduces pain sensation in osteoporotic conditions of the hip or knee. In addition, collagen hydrolysate has an inhibitory effect on joint cartilage breakdown and participates in the rebuilding of joint cartilage and the joint capsule. It also has a good effect on skin, nails and hair.

MSM (methyl) - an organic sulphur compound that often occurs in the human body. Thanks to its antioxidant effect, it protects cartilage from harmful free radicals. The sulphur content of MSM supports the formation of methionine and cysteine amino acids. It participates in the formation of cell membranes and collagen, and is found in various tissues, including cartilage. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and reduces joint pain.
