Ingredients (Green Lemonade):
L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, glycerol monostearate, inulin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, flavouring, choline L-bitartrate, L-tyrosine, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG - epigallocatechin gallate), L-ascorbic acid, caffeine, mixture of safflower concentrate and spirulina extract, acidity regulator citric acid, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) - Bioperine. Suggested use:
Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix a 10 g serving with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight or for high performance: mix a 20 g serving with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before training. Maximum daily intake: 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
Format:
1/3 scoop = approx. 10 g. 2/3 scoop = approx. 20 g. Mix the recommended serving with water. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius and consume within 3 months.
Warnings:
Food supplement with sweetener. Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g; 125 mg/10 g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, insoluble particles may be visible. A tingling sensation is a common reaction.
