Suggested use

• Connective tissue support: 10 g on an empty stomach.
• For injury or high training load: 20 g on an empty stomach.
• Ensure sufficient fluid intake during use.
• Dilution ratio: 20 g per 250 ml of water.
• Add a small amount of water, mix, then add the remaining water. After 5 minutes the solution clears and a hyaluronic acid gel layer may form on the surface; this is not a product defect.
