The Zero Keto Bar presented a significant development challenge for the Pronutrition R&D laboratories.
The market requirement was straightforward: a protein bar that is genuinely keto (not keto-friendly or low-carb).
Note: To qualify as genuinely keto, carbohydrates must be below 8 g per 100 g, and the bar must taste good.
After more than 6 months of development, the result is the ZERO KETO BAR: a coated bar with a high protein content (40%), low carbohydrate content and gluten-free. The proteins used are of high biological value, as only whey protein isolate (WPI) is used. The bar contains less than 7% carbohydrates and is rich in healthy plant-based fatty acids.
Particularly suitable for ketogenic and low-carbohydrate diets.
Suitable for consumption at any time of day.
Contains no palm oil, hydrogenated fats or gluten. Suitable for keto, high-protein and low-sugar diets. Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients: stracciatella flavoured base mass [fructo-oligosaccharide syrup (FOS), whey protein isolate, sunflower oil, water, vegetable fibre, glycerol (E422), stracciatella flavouring, sugar-free dark chocolate pieces [sweetener: maltitol (E965i), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin (E322), flavourings], preservative: calcium propionate (E282)], sugar-free dark chocolate coating [sweetener: maltitol (E965i), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin (E322), flavourings].
Suggested use: Consume after opening.
Warnings: Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soya, egg and nuts. Store in a cool, dry place, max. 25°C.
