Pure and stable, full-spectrum omega-3 fatty acid source. The product delivers the full spectrum of omega-3 fatty acids in their natural form (not as synthetic ethyl esters), in concentrated form, with natural tocopherols (vitamin E). All components are presented as they occur in natural foods.
Stable formulation thanks to high natural tocopherol content and camphor-free rosemary extract, suitable for high-dose EPA and DHA intake.
Mild flavour from natural lemon oil and high-quality fish oil.
Suggested use: 1-2 teaspoons (~5 ml) or 1 tablespoon (~10 ml) daily during meals, on salads or toast, or as preferred.
Shelf life: After opening, refrigerate and consume within three months. At room temperature, shelf life reduces to 1-2 months.
Use a clean spoon for measuring to avoid contamination, which can accelerate spoilage.

Notes
