GAL+ Multivitamin is developed using current peer-reviewed research, delivering vitamins, minerals and trace elements in forms, amounts and ratios consistent with nutrient-dense varied diets. Vitamins and minerals are partly derived from extracts of organic herbs and spices where beneficial.
Daily dose: 1 Lipofil oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrofil powder capsules (yellow) + 5 g complementary drink powder.
Dosage
Lipofil oil and Hydrofil powder capsules: Take during meals with a few sips of liquid, preferably with breakfast or lunch rather than dinner. All three capsules may be taken together; due to high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical hydrofil capsules separately at different meals to avoid digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals.
Complementary drink powder: Dissolve in liquid. Although it can be consumed in one go, splitting into multiple portions maximises utilisation. Consume within 8 hours of dissolving; prepare 1 portion (2.5 g drink powder) in the morning and another in the afternoon.
Choline has been removed based on customer feedback and current research: optimal choline supplementation varies by individual.
Summary: All components (capsules + drink powder) may be taken together at any main meal. For sensitive digestion or maximum benefit, split as described above.
Note: Not recommended for individuals taking coumarin-type anticoagulants.

Contraindications
Do not use with coumarin-type vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants (e.g. Syncumar, Warfarin) without medical approval. Contains crystalline vanillin; not recommended in case of sensitivity to this ingredient.
