Magnesium-L-lactate powder, 221 g, 90 servings

Fully Reacted, new-generation magnesium with the L-form of lactic acid. The L-form predominant in healthy blood is an important nutrient for the heart and brain. Bound exclusively to L-lactic acid for better magnesium absorption and L-lactate supply without D-lactate. Less likely to cause loose stools than many other magnesium forms.

Note

Magnesium lactate does not contain milk derivatives (lactose, casein); the name is similar to lactose but lactic acid is also produced by muscles during physical work and is a preferred fuel for brain and heart. Safe for those avoiding dairy.

Suggested use

2.45 g per day (approx. 1 tsp), preferably in two portions. Mixable into any liquid; best with meals.

Storage

After opening, reseal carefully; consumable for up to three months.
