Active ingredients:

• Glucosamine - an organic compound, an amino derivative of glucose. The body synthesises small amounts; production decreases with age. Found in seafood (particularly crustacean shells) and supplements. OstroVit uses the most bioavailable glucosamine sulphate.
• MSM - methylsulphonylmethane, an organic sulphur compound naturally occurring in animals and plants, with excellent water solubility.
• Chondroitin - an organic compound from the mucopolysaccharide group, naturally produced in the body but declining with age. OstroVit uses chondroitin sulphate, the form with the highest bioavailability.
• Hyaluronic acid - an organic compound from the mucopolysaccharide group, part of the intercellular matrix and the main component of synovial fluid. OstroVit uses sodium hyaluronate for improved bioavailability.
• Vitamin C - contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Also contributes to normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, reduction of fatigue and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Suggested use: Mix one serving (2.5 g, 2.5 scoops) in 100-150 ml water. Consume 3 servings per day. Use the 1 ml scoop included.
