Beta-alanine is an organic compound from the endogenous amino acids; together with L-histidine it is a precursor of carnosine, an important dipeptide found primarily in muscle cells. Beta-alanine is partly produced naturally by the human body but is also supplied through diet, mainly via meat. The active ingredient in OstroVit Beta-Alanine Shot supports carnosine levels in muscles, helping to delay muscle fatigue. Regular use supports recovery and muscle output, particularly during high-intensity training.

Suggested use: consume up to 3 servings per day (3 x 20 ml = 60 ml) between meals.
