• Beta-alanine: endogenous amino acid, precursor to carnosine together with L-histidine, primarily found in muscle cells. Available from natural body synthesis or from a meat-based diet.
• A-AKG: combination of L-arginine and glutaric acid, contributing to creatine and nitric oxide (NO) production.
• Citrulline malate: non-protein amino acid produced in the body and also present in melon fruit. A well-absorbed, effective form.
• Anhydrous caffeine: a concentrated form of caffeine, supporting mental and physical performance.

Suggested use: Take 3 x 20 ml daily with meals.
A single beta-alanine intake above 800 mg may cause side effects (tingling, numbness) - keep at least a 3-hour gap between servings. Do not exceed 3 servings daily. After opening refrigerate and consume within 48 hours. Shake well before use.
