Choline - 2-hydroxyethyl-N-trimethyl-amine, a nutrient classified as a quaternary amine. Previously known as Vitamin B4, current scientific data classifies it as a vitamin-like compound similar to amino acids, which can be synthesised in small amounts in the body. Choline is found mainly in animal products, but also in almonds, wheat germ and dry legumes.
Inositol - a nutrient chemically classified as a polyol. Previously known as Vitamin B8 and water-soluble B vitamin. Current data classifies it as a vitamin-like compound that can be naturally synthesised in the body. Inositol is found in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and cereals.

Suggested use: 1 serving (1 tablet) per day.
