OstroVit Omega 3-6-9 is a food supplement containing valuable omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, plus Vitamin E. Supplied as easy-to-swallow capsules.
- Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid source - 72 mg EPA, 48 mg DHA and 150 mg ALA per serving.
- Rich in omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids - 190 mg linoleic acid (LA) and 103.5 mg oleic acid (OA) per capsule.
- Enriched with Vitamin E - 10.5 mg DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate per serving.

OstroVit Omega 3-6-9 - source of valuable unsaturated fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids. OstroVit uses ALA from flaxseed oil and EPA and DHA from oily sea fish. Omega-6 fatty acids include linoleic acid (LA), and omega-9 fatty acids include oleic acid (OA). Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol) is included in its highest biologically active form.
Properties:
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
- DHA contributes to normal brain function and normal vision with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
- ALA and LA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
- Replacement of saturated fats with unsaturated fats (including OA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
- Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Suggested use: 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal, with sufficient water.
