Inositol is a nutrient chemically classified as a polyol. Previously known as Vitamin B8 and water-soluble B vitamin. Current data classifies it as a vitamin-like compound that can be naturally synthesised in the body. Inositol is found mainly in fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and cereals.
The OstroVit product uses myo-inositol, the most bioavailable isomer form.
Suggested use: Mix 1000 mg (1 heaped scoop) in 100-150 ml water or juice. Use the 1 ml scoop included. Consume one serving per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
