EAA (Essential Amino Acids) are amino acids not naturally synthesised in the human body. Essential amino acids include BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-arginine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.

Suggested use: Dissolve 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml water. On training days, consume one serving before training and one after training. On non-training days, consume one serving between meals.
