OstroVit Citrulline ingredients

Citrulline is an organic chemical compound, a non-protein amino acid and ornithine derivative. OstroVit uses citrulline malate, a form with excellent bioavailability.

Taurine - an organic chemical compound, a non-protein biogenic amino acid synthesised in the body from sulphur-containing amino acids (cysteine and methionine). Endogenous production is not sufficient, so external supplementation is recommended. Found in fish, seafood, dried seaweed and meat.

Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine, water-soluble compound from the B-vitamin group. Found in whole grains, offal and dried legumes.

Properties: Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, supports nervous system function, contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, supports normal red blood cell formation, reduces fatigue, supports cysteine synthesis, contributes to homocysteine metabolism and supports immune function.

Suggested use: Mix one serving (3 g, 1/2 scoop) in 100-150 ml water or juice. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before training.
