OstroVit Citrulline - source of valuable nutrients

Citrulline is an organic chemical compound, a non-protein amino acid and ornithine derivative. Together with L-arginine and L-ornithine, citrulline participates in the urea cycle (Krebs cycle). The body can synthesise citrulline, so it is classified as an endogenous amino acid. The name derives from the Latin "citrullus" (watermelon) - the first dietary product from which it was isolated. Citrulline is also found in watermelons, pumpkins and cucumbers.

OstroVit uses citrulline malate, a form with excellent bioavailability.

Suggested use: Mix one serving (3 g, 1/2 scoop) in 100-150 ml water or juice. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before training.
