OstroVit creatine monohydrate - concentrated creatine source

Creatine is a chemical compound naturally occurring in the human body. The substance is also supplied via diet - creatine is found in animal products including meat, fish and eggs, as well as in food supplements.

OstroVit uses creatine monohydrate, the combination of a creatine and a water molecule into a single molecule. As creatine is a hydrophilic compound, it binds water without difficulty, providing good digestibility. Creatine monohydrate is the simplest form of creatine in structural terms and the most popular compound among athletes - suitable for both beginners and professionals, as creatine increases physical performance in successive short, very intensive physical exercise, with the beneficial effect occurring at a daily intake of 3 g.
