OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine - amino acid combination
BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are essential components of muscle tissue proteins. As BCAAs cannot be synthesised by the body, they must be supplied externally. BCAA breakdown takes place primarily in muscle, making them valuable for physically active people.
L-glutamine is an amino acid produced by the body, with demand rising after intense training. Supplementation can support faster recovery and help maintain muscle mass.
Suggested use: add 10 g (2.5 scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or fruit juice. On training days, consume two servings: one immediately after waking and the second after training. On non-training days, one serving after waking is recommended.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Do not consume if allergic to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of young children.
