OstroVit Tyrosine - source of valuable ingredients
L-tyrosine - one of the twenty fundamental protein-building amino acids; an endogenous substance that can also be synthesised in the body from phenylalanine. Found in larger quantities in meat, fish, pulses and dairy products.
Taurine - non-protein biogenic amino acid synthesised in the body from sulphur-containing amino acids cysteine and methionine; often supplied externally. Natural sources include fish, seafood, dried seaweed and meat.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - water-soluble vitamin found primarily in whole grains, offal and pulses.

Suggested use: mix 1.5 g of powder (1/2 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or fruit juice. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before training.
