Citrulline is an organic chemical compound, a non-protein amino acid and ornithine derivative. Together with L-arginine and L-ornithine, citrulline participates in the urea cycle. OstroVit uses citrulline malate, a form with excellent bioavailability.
Suggested use: Mix one serving (3 g, 1/2 scoop) in 100-150 ml water or juice. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before training.
