D-aspartic acid is found in animal foods such as poultry, fish or oysters, and in smaller amounts in asparagus, avocado and oats.
Suggested use: add 3 g (1 level scoop) to 100-150 ml of water or fruit juice. Consume one serving per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Do not consume if allergic to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of young children.
