What is L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (A-AKG)?
L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate is a synergistic compound consisting of L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate (glutaric acid). L-arginine is an amino acid that plays a key role in nitric oxide (NO) production. Glutaric acid (alpha-ketoglutarate) is a central element in the citric acid cycle and plays a key role in energy metabolism.
Suggested use: Dissolve one serving (4.5 g - 1 scoop) in 100-150 ml water or juice in a shaker. Consume one serving 30 minutes before training.
