TITOK Multivitamin is developed using current peer-reviewed research. The composition delivers vitamins, minerals and trace elements in forms, amounts and ratios consistent with nutrient-dense varied diets. All ingredients support skin appearance; the formula also provides skin and joint nutrients including hyaluronic acid and MSM, with higher silicon levels supporting nail condition. The formula also includes shilajit, traditionally used in Indian, Tibetan and other ancient practices.
TITOK Fish Collagen Peptides + MSM uses Naticol fish collagen from France. The pre-digested variant has an average peptide size below 2000 Daltons for rapid utilisation. 95% of body collagen, including bone collagen, belongs to type I collagens. Fish collagen is Neu5Gc-free, suitable for those following strict autoimmune diets that exclude foods from mammalian animals. Fish collagen supports bone flexibility and density. Human studies indicate further benefits for skin hydration, elasticity and against wrinkles and age-related muscle loss, as well as in maintaining joint fluid content. The daily 250 mg MSM from TITOK Multivitamin is complemented in this powder with a further 750 mg MSM.
Combined use of TITOK Multivitamin and Fish Collagen Peptides + MSM provides complementary support for skin appearance and general well-being.
Suggested use: Water-soluble components of TITOK Multivitamin are separated from fat-soluble components. Each daily-dose sachet contains 5 powder capsules and 1 oil capsule. Take the capsules with meals and a few sips of liquid, preferably with breakfast or lunch rather than dinner. All capsules may be taken together; due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical smaller yellow capsules separately at different meals (one with breakfast, one with lunch) to avoid digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals.
The recommended daily dose of TITOK Fish Collagen Peptides + MSM is 5.75 g (2 heaped teaspoons), one-thirtieth of the total monthly amount in the sachet. Dosing is flexible: small daily variations are not significant. Can be mixed into any liquid at any time of day, or drunk directly from a small amount of water in an espresso cup followed by a few sips of liquid. Mixing into a morning smoothie is also recommended.
Shake the closed sachet gently from time to time to ensure homogeneity of the two-component powder.
