TITOK Multivitamin is developed using current peer-reviewed research. The composition delivers vitamins, minerals and trace elements in forms, amounts and ratios consistent with nutrient-dense varied diets. Vitamins and minerals are partly derived from extracts of organic herbs and spices where beneficial. Daily amounts contain effective doses while remaining within physiological intake ranges. All ingredients are selected for relevance.
Suggested use: Water-soluble components of TITOK Multivitamin are separated from fat-soluble components. Each daily-dose sachet contains 5 powder capsules and 1 oil capsule. Take the capsules with meals and a few sips of liquid, preferably with breakfast or lunch rather than dinner. All capsules may be taken together; due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical smaller yellow capsules separately at different meals (one with breakfast, one with lunch) to avoid digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals.

Additional ingredients compared to GAL Multivitamin
Naticol Fish Collagen Peptides: Pre-digested collagen protein primarily containing glycine-rich di- and tri-peptides under 2000 Daltons, absorbed via peptide channels. The daily dose of TITOK contains 5 g (5000 mg) Naticol Fish Collagen Peptides. Human clinical studies on collagen peptides at daily doses of 2.5-10 g indicate effects on skin appearance, hydration, elasticity, joint fluid production and hair growth.
MSM: A naturally occurring organic sulphur compound found in vegetables, fruits and animal foods. Important for skin, hair and nail structural elements, supplying sulphur for keratin synthesis. The TITOK daily dose contains 1 g MSM (250 mg in capsule, 750 mg in collagen drink powder).
Hyaluronic Acid: Produced by the body to maintain hydration of connective tissues, cartilage and skin. Skin contains half of the body's hyaluronic acid. Levels decrease with age and environmental exposure (UV, smoke). Oral intake is absorbable. TITOK daily dose provides 300 mg hyaluronic acid.
Silicon (bamboo shoot extract): Important for joint, bone, heart, skin, hair and nail condition. While GAL Multivitamin contains 20 mg silicon from bamboo shoot extract, TITOK contains an additional 30 mg, totalling 50 mg.
PrimaVie Shilajit: A specialised composted-material extract used in traditional Himalayan practices. PrimaVie is a traditionally processed shilajit with consistent active ingredient content. TITOK contains 125 mg PrimaVie Shilajit. Clinical studies suggest support for extracellular matrix protein production (collagen, elastin, fibrillin) and reduced collagen tissue breakdown.
C-complex: TITOK contains citrus bioflavonoid extract (60% hesperidin-standardised), 50 mg grape seed (and/or grape skin) extract, 667 mg vitamin C and 2 mg piperine from black pepper - equivalent to 1 GAL C-complex capsule. These ingredients support cell protection from oxidative stress.

Contraindications
Do not use with coumarin-type vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants (e.g. Syncumar, Warfarin) without medical approval. Due to shilajit content, not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains crystalline vanillin; not recommended in case of sensitivity to this ingredient.
