JutaVit Organic Magnesium contains exclusively organically bound, well-absorbed magnesium citrate. Organic magnesium from magnesium citrate has better bioavailability than inorganic magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate) compounds. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal psychological functions, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Suggested use: Take 1 or 2 film-coated tablets daily with liquid, swallowed whole.
