JutaVit Organic Selenium contains exclusively organically bound, well-absorbed L-selenomethionine. Organic selenium from L-selenomethionine has better bioavailability than inorganic selenium (sodium selenite, sodium selenate). Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, normal function of the immune system and thyroid, and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium also plays a role in normal spermatogenesis.
Suggested use: Take 1 tablet daily with liquid, swallowed whole.
