L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) - a synergistic compound combining the arginine amino acid and glutaric acid (a citric acid cycle product).
Gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA) - a non-protein amino acid and neurotransmitter found mainly in the hypothalamus and extrapyramidal system. Also present in green tea, soya, fermented products and dairy.
L-ornithine HCl - an endogenous amino acid synthesised in the body in the presence of arginine. Natural sources include meat, fish, eggs and dairy.
L-lysine HCl - essential amino acid not produced by the body. Found in dairy, meat and fish.
D-aspartic acid (DAA) - endogenous amino acid produced primarily in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Found in animal-derived foods, asparagus, avocado and oats.
L-tryptophan - essential amino acid not synthesised by the body. Found in animal-derived foods, pumpkin seeds, legumes and flaxseed.
Black pepper fruit extract - piperine-rich extract (95%), an alkaloid found in black pepper skin.
Zinc - microelement found mainly in muscle and bone. Contributes to acid-base balance, carbohydrate metabolism, maintenance of healthy skin, hair, nails and bones, and supports immune function.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - water-soluble B vitamin, contributes to energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, protein and glycogen metabolism, and reduction of fatigue.
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) - fat-soluble vitamin, supports calcium and phosphorus absorption, bone, muscle and teeth health, immune function and cell division.
Suggested use: 1 serving (3 capsules) per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
