OstroVit Selenium is a food supplement providing selenium in the form of high-bioavailability L-selenomethionine. The product is in an easy-to-swallow tablet format.
Selenium (Se) is a trace mineral mainly found in protein-rich foods such as offal, egg and fish. Brazil nuts and seafood are also significant sources. Selenium occurs in organic and inorganic forms; the most bioavailable form is selenomethionine, which is used in this OstroVit product.
