OstroVit Caffeine VEGE 200 mg tablets are a food supplement and a source of caffeine, in an easy-to-swallow tablet format.
Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine) is an organic chemical compound from the purine alkaloid group. It is naturally present in over 60 plants, with the main dietary sources being roasted coffee beans and tea leaves.
Caffeine is water-soluble and is rapidly absorbed from the intestine into the bloodstream, with a half-life of 4-5 hours. It blocks the neurotransmitter adenosine and increases the release of other neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and adrenaline.
OstroVit uses anhydrous caffeine - a concentrated active ingredient that supports supplement efficacy and quality.
Suggested use
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, before training.
