Around 60-70% of spirulina's dry mass is protein, sometimes earning it the nickname "green meat". It also contains amino acids, vitamins, minerals and other useful compounds, making it a popular ingredient in food supplements as well as in standalone consumption.
Suggested use: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
