Chlorella is a freshwater single-celled alga. It provides a rich nutrient profile including minerals, vitamins, phytochemicals and macronutrients. Chlorella is a plant-based source of iron and contains Vitamin B12, which is particularly relevant for those following a plant-based diet. Documented evidence indicates that consumption of microscopic algae correlates with higher B12 levels in individuals on plant-based diets. Chlorella is also a notable source of chlorophyll (approximately 5%), 19 essential amino acids, and contains approximately 60% protein. It also contains iron, folic acid, lutein and beta-carotene (provitamin A).

Suggested use: 2 servings (2 tablets) twice daily.
