Chondroitin is an organic compound from the glycosaminoglycan group. It is a mucopolysaccharide made from glucuronic acid residues and N-acetylgalactosamine. It is an endogenous substance naturally present in the human body, primarily in joint cartilage. Chondroitin levels decline with age. Suggested use: 1 serving (1 tablet) per day, preferably in the morning.
