Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is a plant from the Solanaceae family, used for centuries in traditional Indian medicine. Root extract is particularly rich in withanolides, key compounds for the body. The OstroVit Ashwagandha VEGE tablets contain a standardised extract.
Suggested use: 1 serving (1 tablet) per day. For adults only.
