Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the group of unsaturated fatty acids and are essential fatty acids that the body cannot synthesise. Main sources include oily sea fish, seafood and caviar.
Properties:
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Suggested use: 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal, with sufficient water.
